Shipping
We ship from our warehouse located in Grande Prairie, AB, Canada.
Canadian Orders
Orders valuing $99 CAD or more are eligible for free shipping.
Items shipping via FREE freight methods, will use Canada Post Regular Parcel™ or similar priced service if better delivery time is available through another carrier / courier.
We try to find the fastest and most cost effective way to deliver your package to you. For this reason, we may substitute Canada Post service for another courier who is offering a better or similar rate, with a faster delivery time.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

International Items may be subject to duties / or customs / brokerage fees.
When an item is shipped to your country, (ie outside of Canada), your country may charge an import duty or customs processing fees, which is charged by the carrier / forwarder. The duty rate is determined by your local government. These fees are to be borne directly by the buyer only. The seller takes no responsibly for these fees. Any refund requests made on the basis of duty / customs fees will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to contact your local government office to determine the import costs prior to placing an order with IngoFloor.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part(s) of your order that are in stock.
When the item becomes available we will ship you the remainder of your order.
You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
1. Please email [email protected] to request a refund and we will provide you a return shipping address, along with required documentation.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if the original packaging is damaged or opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If your item meets the terms set forth in the above "return exceptions", you may exchange your item for an identical item, in a different size.
You will have to pay the associated shipping costs. to return and resend the replacement item.

Items which are deemed "warranty" or "defective" must be sent back directly to the manufacture of the product. The manufacturer will be liable for all associated costs to repair or replace the item including shipping costs.
